Another Florida theater...

...another horde of shuffleboard courts. In Boynton Beach this time. 

We are on a tour of retirement communities in Florida

Have been a little under the weather so haven't taken many pictures.  As to the types of places we're playing,  this shot of gobs of shuffleboard courts immediately abutting the theater should give you some notion. 

On the plus side, I'm out of the freezing cold of DC and in Florida for the week...

...on the minus side,  we got here at 10:30 and never got into our hotel rooms until we had to leave for soundcheck at 5:00. So I actually did a show looking like this. Now for three blades worth of shaving. 

A snowy day, so....

...I decided today would be a good day to work on my one-man show, starring me as Stubbly McBumbleshins: an irate, aging, British wit who's a little bit down on his luck and who happens to be color-blind.  It's not going well.

Once again, trapped in Rochester to begin the year

The bleakness of the Rochester airport. Last year, the venue lost power and we had to stay an extra day;  this year, our plane home is broken.  You just can't win.  Happy New Year!
