What I will have did this summer...

I will officially be a professional fool after long-standing amateur status.  Specifically, in this.  It's like working again. In the picture above, I will in all likelihood be portraying the older, fatter man. Damn this cursèd typecasting!

Happy Memorial Day!

Just a small part of "Rolling Thunder" gathered in the parking lot of the Pentagon. Thousands of motorcycles festooned with every sort of flaggery imaginable.

Sorry I haven't posted much lately...

...have been spending most of my time with my head buried in this script. Even on this flight to Long Island. Love you guys...

When in Detroit...

...you share the stage with cars.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MICHELLE! I WISH I COULD GET ONE OF THESE FOR YOU!

Flying Southwest to Detroit

What could be more fun?

Flying home from San Francisco

Me, Jamie, Morgan, and Rich. Crowded 5-hour flight. :(

Backstage: Livermore PAC, Livermore, CA

My best friend Beezer, whom I never see....

He's my opposite; and the weirdest of soul mates.

This old bag...

... I think I got from you. Between you and me it's been through so much and yet I can't give it up.

The 'SuperMoon'...

...as seen adjacent to the dimly-lit Beckman Auditorium at CalTech. Not really a 'super-picture', sadly.

And 10 hours later, looking at the smog of L.A.

Clearly, the Steps will do a show for anybody, human or not.

Show last night at the Museum of Natural History. These never go well. And, indeed, it did not.

Looks I'll be spending my birthday (and all of July) here....

Doing a show with RL Rowsey (from way back in the day).  He says the show will combine my two great talents: bad fake opera singing, and bad fake country music singing. Perfect. Details to come.

Just another day stuck in traffic

....staring at the horse-butts on the Memorial Bridge...which the kids used to call 'HorseButt Bridge' for obvious reasons...

Fundraiser for Toby's school

The Columbia School for Theatrical Arts is now 40 years old and --like any arts education-- in desperate straits. So they threw a fundraiser in Baltimore last night. This is the back of Toby's head waxing effusive as seen between the aging skulls of Ray and Kevin by my aging skull. Some fun singing. If I get a link I'll pass it on.
